Lawmakers Reach Agreement On CARES Act, COVID-19 Relief Bill Contains Provisions Important To Dentistry

The ADA News (3/25, Garvin) reported “following several days of discussions, legislators reached a deal early Wednesday morning on a $2 trillion stimulus package aimed at helping the people, states and businesses devastated by the coronavirus pandemic.” The article said the bill, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), “is expected to pass the Senate today” and a “vote in the House would soon follow.”
