LSU Dean Gremillion Leads Dental Education Association

LSU is proud to announce that Dean Henry Gremillion, DDS, MAGD, has been installed as the chair of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Board of Directors for 2019-2020. ADEA leads institutions and individuals in the dental education community to address contemporary issues influencing education, research and the delivery of oral health care. In addition, congratulations to two residents in the Department of Prosthodontics who received awards in the poster competition at the American Equilibration Society Annual Scientific Meeting, held in February in Chicago. Wael Zakkour, DDS, first-year resident, won first-place and Amir Nejat, DDS, MS, second-year resident, placed second. Second-year dental student, Allyn Lacombe, was also honored at the recent ADEA meeting as one of four recipients of the 2019 ADA Foundation Dental Student Scholarships. To read more, click HERE.
